The FP5 flameless pothole patcher features an insulated 5.1-cu.-yd. electric-heated hopper that keeps asphalt at a constant temperature and pliable for an extended period.

  • Air and tack wand blows out potholes and applies tack coating
  • Material chute delivers fresh hot asphalt to prepared area
  • Plate compactor consolidates material evenly with the existing pavement
  • Material chute, spoils bin and tools easily accessible from the back or curbside
  • Hydraulic lift platform lowers pavement breaker and compactor from transport position to ground level
