William H. Wolfe, Marketing and Technical Manager, Arcosa Lightweight, Arlington, Texas, received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is active in several ACI and ASTM committees involving the use of lightweight concrete and has been a past Chairman of the Board for the Expanded Shale Clay and Slate Institute.
