Armstrong Crane & Rigging Enhances Fleet for Competitive Edge

In order to compete for higher-capacity jobs, Armstrong Crane & Rigging added a new Tadano ATF 200G-5 all-terrain crane — expanding its ability to reach demand and accomplish complex projects in their service region. The company chose the 220-ton machine for its drivability and easy operation.

• The ATF 200G-5 crane was chosen for its different setups — jib mounted, aux winch-mounted or base-plate mounted, while retaining legal axle weights.
• Due to the lift adjuster and Intarder feature, the company can operate the all-terrain crane on the steep winding roads in the Okanagan Valley, located in British Colombia.
• The Tadano all-terrain crane features a 197-foot boom and an integrated heavy lift jib.
• Armstrong Crane & Rigging has utilized the crane for cell tower, road and bridge projects.
