Special Report: House Passes $325-Billion, 6-year Highway Funding Bill

The U.S. House of Representatives voted to approve a bill Thursday that would spend $325 billion on transportation projects over six years. It goes to a conference committee to iron out significant funding challenges and the wrinkles before a November 20th highway-funding deadline.
