[VIDEO] Liebherr 42 M5 XXT Concrete Pump Built with 90% Less Hydraulic Lines

Liebherr's 42 M5 XXT concrete pump leverages the Liebherr Group's divisions, especially the mobile crane division, to create a lean system with very few hoses, integrated components, a half closed hydraulic circuit, Powerbloc drive unit and XXT outriggers.

With 90% less hydraulic lines than previous concrete pumps, most of the hydraulic lines have hard piping which minimizes loss through hydraulic hoses, retains pressure for a more efficient system and results in less problems with hydraulic hoses.

The XXT outriggers hinge on the same point so a solid front outrigger can be slewed in various positions.
