CW34 Pneumatic Roller

The CW34 is an eight-wheel roller with an operating range from 10 to 27 metric tons.

• Designed for granular materials as well as all types of asphalt mix designs and can be used on all phases of compaction due to its high contact pressures
• Delivers compaction with flexible ballast, oscillating front and rear wheels, front suspension, and optional air on the run, making this machine extremely productive
• Rear ballast options include modular and non-modular steel, sand, and water
• Modular steel ballast system can be added or removed
• Oscillating front wheels deliver vertical and horizontal forces that reduce air voids, ensuring uniformity across the surface
• Standard sliding station rotates 90º to either side
• Optional Cat Compaction Control system provides an easy to use interface that keeps the operator informed of mat temperatures and rolling patterns
• Eight 13/80 R20 rubber tires provide an overall compaction width of 82 in. with 1.5-in. overlap
