The Southeast Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA-SE) has named Scott Palotta, P.E., as its new executive director, effective June 1, 2026.
Palotta brings more than 28 years of experience in concrete pavement construction, sales and technical services. In his new role, he will oversee the chapter's operations, strategic initiatives and industry programs across the Southeast.
Palotta succeeds longtime executive director Greg Dean and will help lead the organization's efforts to support and promote concrete pavement construction throughout the region.
A registered professional engineer, Palotta holds bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering from Clemson University and has contributed to several industry publications.
