Titan is DICA’s heavy-duty engineered access mat system for building temporary roads, staging areas, and work platforms under high-capacity construction equipment. Designed for demanding ground conditions and long-duration projects, Titan supports mobile cranes, crawler cranes, concrete pump trucks, MEWPs, heavy transport vehicles, drilling equipment, and other large equipment used in infrastructure, civil construction, utility, renewable energy, and industrial applications.

Each compression-molded HDPE mat measures 13’4” x 6’7” x 2” and provides 88.9 square feet of usable surface area. With 200 tons of compression capacity, Titan gives contractors a reusable alternative to traditional timber mats for jobsites where rutting, unstable ground, access limitations, and equipment mobility can create safety and productivity challenges.

Titan’s solid-core construction combines stiffness with controlled flexibility, allowing the mat to follow ground contours while distributing loads across variable surface conditions. The material is puncture-resistant and resists water, fuels, oils, chemicals, and common jobsite contaminants. Unlike wood mats, Titan will not rot, absorb moisture, splinter, or degrade from repeated exposure to harsh environments.

The mat’s dual-sided profile supports both tires and steel tracks, helping contractors use one mat system across a broad range of equipment types. Integrated steel-reinforced lifting and connecting points, side lifting ferrules, and smooth surface grab points allow crews to place, relocate, and connect mats using common jobsite equipment, including forklifts, telehandlers, hooks, lifting adapters, and vacuum lifting systems.
