Stellar Industries has updated the design of its large off-the-road (OTR) tire service trucks, adding features aimed at improving functionality and jobsite flexibility.

The trucks are designed to handle large OTR tires in demanding environments, combining a tire carrier, manipulator and onboard air system into a single mobile unit. Carrier and manipulator capacities range from 4,600 to 16,500 pounds, with body lengths between 15 and 20 feet.

These latest updates focus on durability, lighting and storage. Integrated mounting rails allow work lights to be installed without drilling into compartments, helping protect against weather exposure. Stainless steel latches provide wider compartment openings, while expanded toolbox options and adjustable shelving allow crews to customize storage based on their needs.

Additional enhancements include upgraded LED compartment lighting for improved visibility and added D-rings on the flatbed to keep tires secure on the road.

The trucks also feature a hexagonal boom design, worm gear rotation system and stabilizers designed for uneven terrain. The updated design applies across multiple OTR models, supporting mobile tire service operations in construction and other heavy industries.
