Ramtech is expanding its North American operations into the Western United States as demand grows for wireless fire safety systems on construction projects.

The expansion includes the appointment of Andrew Koch as West Coast business development manager, with a focus on markets including Phoenix and California. Ramtech said it is targeting construction, industrial and marine applications.
The company is also expanding partnerships with systems integrators including Convergint and The Hiller Companies to support deployment across temporary construction environments.
