HWT-Pro Hamburg Verification and Calibration Kit

The HWT-Pro Kit is a fast and accurate verification and calibration device for the Hamburg Wheel Tracker.

• The HWT-Pro verifies all the calibration requirements of AASHTO T-324 and exceeds the recommendations of NCHRP Project 20-07 Task 361
• Captures all the data necessary to monitor the Hamburg’s performance and then transferrs it to a PC via a USB cable and displayed on the HWT-Pro Spec Software

• Load Sensor data includes:

  ·         Passes/Minute

  ·         Speed at Center

  ·         Distance From Center

  ·         Distance of Travel

  ·         Deviation From Sine Wave 

• The HWT-Pro can be used to:

  ·         Diagnose equipment problems

  ·         Check the equipment performance before a project or after a long period of nonuse 

  ·         And provide calibration capability for the Hamburg System
